I was inspired by this tutorial last night and whipped up this little book about our trip to NC back in July. Little books like this are really fun to make for kids too and let them fill it in as they like.

Thanks for the tutorial link! Great mini book - We moved here 5 months ago and I have STILL not unpacked all my scrap stuff (it's on the 'to do' list!) This may be the motivation I need - a quick project to get me moving!
