Easy Yarn Craft

Everytime I come in the office (aka the "wreck" room) the kids get into my yarn and decide to string it out across the house. So I decided I should do something with this big mess of yarn and came up with this quick craft:

Chop yarn into various short lengths (older toddlers can help with their safety scissors)
Combine 1 part elmer's glue 1 part water in a shallow dish
coat the yarn in glue (we used a popsicle stick to stir it around)
arrange yarn on construction paper
let dry completely then hang up to admire
