Q is for Qat (pronounced "cat")

Remember that one the next time you play Scrabble and get stuck with a "q" and no "u". Great bit of knowledge from the new Barenaked Ladies CD - Snacktime! Yep, Barenaked Ladies has come out with a children's album and we picked it up today. Its a lot of fun, with songs about everything from Ninjas to Allergies, Polliwogs, Popcorn, and yes even a Crazy Alphabet (hence, Q is for Qat). Most of the songs are really upbeat for dancing too. As you can tell D is a big fan already. I started chuckling at the very first song "789". My favorite line: "once upon a time in our solar system we couldn't make do with out 9, but Pluto's not a planet now, so 8 will do fine."
